Christopher Prader and Mark Fricker are the founders and operators of RPM Technologies. They bring to the company a thorough understanding of IT best practices, decades of management experience in highly regulated industries and hands-on experience in application and infrastructure strategy and implementation.
Christopher Prader, MBA, President & Founder
Christopher Prader has 20-years of diverse information technology and strategic management experience with enterprise-level global companies. As RPM’s president, he is responsible for defining the company’s strategic direction, ensuring adherence to customer service and quality standards, developing strategic client and partner relationships and driving marketing and sales strategy.
For more than a decade, Christopher has managed large global teams and multimillion dollar projects. Seven of those years were spent in executive IT leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry with Covance, Inc., a contract research organization, where he gained experience in heavily regulated environments with a focus on compliance, significant process rigor and controls for IT operations and implementation.
As an accomplished senior IT leader, Christopher led several large global teams in designing, developing, implementing and managing large application and infrastructure initiatives. He has practical experience with global enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, success in managing highly resilient data center environments and a vast knowledge of IT compliance and Sarbanes Oxley remediation.
Christopher holds a Masters of Business Administration in information systems management from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors (Cum Laude) in business from Arizona State University. He is a founding member of the Indianapolis chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM), emerging leaders group.
Mark Fricker, Vice President & Founder
Mark Fricker has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, primarily in heavily regulated environments where he gained expertise in IT controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies. As RPM’s vice president, Mark is responsible for all aspects of corporate and client IT operations, data center design and management, building a strong and cohesive service delivery team and deploying technology systems and services that adhere to regulatory policies, quality assurance standards and best practices across a variety of regulated industries.
Mark has designed, built and managed large global data centers and has led the international teams supporting those data centers. A well-rounded technologist and respected leader, Mark is also experienced in successfully transitioning data centers to third party vendors while ensuring consistency in service level agreements. In his eight-year tenure at Covance, Inc., a contract research organization (CRO) for the pharmaceutical industry, Mark managed large, global projects and multi-million dollar budgets. His IT experience has spanned the pharmaceutical, transportation and defense contracting industries where he held technology management positions with companies such as IBM Global Services and Nexigent, Inc.
Mark has extensive knowledge in infrastructure architecture of high availability systems such as clustered servers, SANs and e-business systems. He has broad knowledge of Oracle, Informix and MS SQL Server database platforms and studied information processing systems, management and accounting at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.
